About The Program

The Pennsylvania Federation of Democratic Women's Memorial Scholarship is available to women in Pennsylvania who are in their sophomore or junior year at an accredited four-year college or university. Applicants must maintain good academic standing and be registered as Democratic voters, with either a family background in the Democratic Party or active involvement in its activities.
